Missoni Art Colour opened in London at the Fashion and Textile Museum last week, featuring 40 Schläppi 2200 mannequins presenting a series of garments and textiles from the classic Missoni fashion brand.

Blue Studio attended the opening event, organised by the MA*GA Art Museum in collaboration with Missoni. The exhibition celebrates a family firm that has become an international success by combining craft expertise alongside their decade's long acumen for remaining on trend.

Like the original exhibition that debuted last year at the MA*GA Art Museum in Gallarate, the display features a dramatic triangular army of mannequins rising from the floor to the back of the exhibition space. Missoni's unique artistic approach to their work is presented alongside art by Wassily Kandinsky, Paul Klee and Sonia Delaunay.
